Expectations for Visitors and Volunteers

We are asking that all visitors and volunteers phone ahead of time (780-322-3940) to let us know you will be coming to the school. Doors will be locked and staff will need to meet you at the door and check you in. We ask that parents wishing to drop off / pick up their children do so in the designated drop off / pick up zone in the school parking lot. Please do not enter the building unless you have phoned in.

Prior to entering a school, prospective visitors must use the Alberta Health Daily Checklist. If a prospective visitor answers YES to any of the questions, the individual will not be admitted into the school.

Hand sanitizer will be required and made available upon entry.

Visitors will be required to wear a mask upon entry.

Physical distancing of 2 meters must be maintained.

A record of all visitors who enter the school will be kept, including the tracking of entry and exit times.
